Snow ice cream
2 c. Milk
2 Eggs
1 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
Snow
mix the 4 top ingredients together in a bowl.
Go out side and get Clean snow in a large
bowl.
Pour the four ingredients from bowl into the
snow in its bowl
Mix well.
Eat some now or put in the freezer ( freezer
container) and enjoy it later.

Joyce's Italian Beef Sandwiches

1- Chuck roast( 6 lbs.)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Basil
1 tsp. Parsley flakes
1 tsp. Garlic salt
1tsp. Onion salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 can Beer
1 Green Pepper( sliced very thin)
Mix all ingredients but roast. Pour
ingredients over roast anf cover.
Cook about 4-5 hrs at 325 degrees
in oven .Shred while its hot out of
oven. Place on  Italian bread Your
choice of bread) with mozzarella
cheese, add sauce from roast and
hot peppers.

Feeling Bad Try This ( ADULTS ONLY)              
       
   Hot Totty
1 c. Hot Tea
1 tsp. Honey
1 shot of Lemon Juice
1 shot of  Whiskey
Make the tea; add the remain ingredients.
Drink -Up. Go to BED and Cover UP. You
should feel better in the morning.
It will make you sweat.
If not feeling better -go to doctor .

Salt free Seasoning Mix

1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Paprika powder
1 Tbsp. Celery seed
1 Tbsp. Black pepper ( or White pepper)
1 Tbsp. Crushed Dry Parsley
Mix together and store in a air tight
container. It has a different taste to some,
so start with a small amount and use as
much as you need to suit your taste.
Summer Sausage

2 lb. Ground Beef
2tbsp. Morton Tender Quick Curing Salt
2 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp Garlic salt
2 Tbsp. Mustard seed
1 c. Water
Mix together very well. Make into 3 rolls and
wrap in foil that has been poked full of holes.
Let chill in frig.in a bowl for 24 hrs.  Remove
foil and place on a broiler pan . Bake 1 hr. at
325
Tomato Soup Cake
1/2 c. Shorting
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 can Tomato Soup
2 c. Sifted  Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Raisins, ( soaked)1 c. Chopped
nuts

1 tsp. Cinnamon
1  tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves
Dissolve baking soda in tomato soup.
Cream together shorting and
sugar;add to soup. Sift into a bowl ( by
it self) flour ,baking powder,cinnamon,
nutmeg,soda,cloves and salt. Beat
well. Stir in the raisins and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured pan ( I
use a bunt pan but you can use your
choice of pan). Bake @ 350 degrees
for 35 min.
Frosting
1 Pkg. Cream Cheese (8 oz.)
1 tsp Vanilla
1&1/2 c. Powder Sugar
For the frosting combine cream
cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar

My Grandmother and Mother use to
make this for me when I was a kid.
Cheese Potatoes
You can cut this recipe in half, for smaller        
 a  group.
4 pkg. Shredded Hash Browns ( thawed and  
    separated)
1 c. Cheddar Cheese ( shredded & packed
tightly  in cup).
1 pt. Half & Half
2/3 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1/2 lb. oleo ( use your choice of butter)
Salt to taste
Put potatoes in pan ( can be 9 x 13 pan or
smaller - depends on amount you make).

Melt together Both Cheese, Half&Half, Oleo
and salt.
Pour over thawed potatoes and let sit several
hours or over night in ice box covered.
Bake at 350 for 45 min.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe


Preparation
1/2 c Soft margarine
1/2 c Oil
1 3/4 c Sugar
2 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
2 c Grated zucchini
2 lg Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Sour milk
4 tb Cocoa
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 c Chocolate chips -

-Cream Cheese Frosting--

3 oz Cream cheese, softened
4 tb Butter, softened
Dash of salt
1 ts Vanilla
2 1/2 c Sifted powdered sugar

Cream together the margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla, and
sour milk. Mix well. Add dry ingredients after
sifting them together.
Beat well. Add zucchini last and mix evenly.
Put in a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate
chips.
Bake at 350'F.
35 min. or until done (tooth-pick inserted into
cake comes out clean).

This is GREAT topped with cream cheese
frosting. Cream together the
cream cheese and butter. Beat in vanilla and
salt. Gradually add
powdered sugar. Blending well.
Frost cake.
Egg-less Pasta

Anyone on an egg-less or low-cholesterol
diet will appreciate this
recipe."

yield: 4 cups of noodles.
Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS:
•        2 cups semolina flour
•        1/2 teaspoon salt
•        1/2 cup warm water
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add warm
water and stir to make a
stiff dough. Increase water if dough seems
too dry.
Pat the dough into a ball and turn out onto a
lightly floured surface.
Knead for 10 to 15 minutes. Cover. Let dough
rest for 20 minutes.
Roll out dough using rolling pin or pasta
machine. Work with a 1/4 of
the dough at one time. Keep the rest covered,
to prevent from drying
out. Roll by hand to 1/16 of an inch thick. By
machine, stop at the
third to last setting.
Cut pasta into desired shapes.
Cook fresh noodles in boiling salted water
for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.
